Aristophanes once said that “education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire”. That’s why we place as much emphasis on the personal development of our apprentices as we do on giving them high-level specialist training. This goes hand in hand with the aspect of social learning, but also goes beyond the scope of the apprenticeship. Our apprentices have the opportunity to develop their individual talents and to put them to use during the working day.
Representatives from specialist departments work alongside the apprentices to ensure that the time they spend with us is successful and filled with expertise, engagement and fun.
