Organisation of a pan European roadshow for customers from the sanitation field, and the coordination of all crafts.
Implementation
Thirteen events in thirteen cities. Sixteen weeks in eight countries. Venues include: Glasgow, London, Copenhagen, Mannheim, Oslo, Salzburg, Zürich, Gothenburg, Paris. A one-day event at each location with sports competitions between teams of fitters.
Highlights
The brand becomes an experience. Divided into teams, 800 customers master different challenges. From everyday practice to theoretical knowledge, they work with Geberit products to perform their tasks, and so connect directly with the brand. Their own fan clubs, family members, and spectators cheer on the contestants at the challenges. In the end, we select the winners at the award ceremony and we all party with live music. The customer becomes the star!
