What is the subject of the complaints procedure?

Our complaints procedure offers all persons the opportunity to report human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty arising from the business activities of our company or our suppliers.

What happens in the event of a report?

After submitting a report, every whistleblower receives a confirmation of receipt immediately, but no later than seven days after receipt of the report. Reports are processed internally by the CSR department.‍

What procedural steps follow?‍

After receiving a report, it is first checked for plausibility by the person responsible, in particular with regard to relevant human rights or environmental risks or the violation of human rights or environmental obligations.

Once the review has been completed, the person responsible will discuss the matter with you as the whistleblower. Please provide your contact details for this, in particular an e-mail address that we can use to contact you. If processing takes longer, we will inform you of the current status no later than three months after receiving your report.‍

Who processes these reports?

The persons entrusted by us to process the reports are independent, impartial and not bound by instructions. In particular, they are obliged to maintain confidentiality.‍

Confidentiality and data protection

All information and documents provided to us will of course be treated in strict confidence and in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. The confidentiality of your identity will be safeguarded, as will effective protection against any discrimination or penalisation.
