Sustainable, captivating and, above all, unforgettable!
Our intensive two-year collaboration resulted in 8,500 enthusiastic LBBW employees. From quick online registration to climate-neutral event certification, our team created a seamless, engaging experience. The 250m² stage and 300m² LED projection screen provided an impressive visual spectacle.
Creating great things together
From invitation management and accreditation to concept and execution, from the smallest detail to the main stage show—everything was implemented with passion and dedication to create an impressive event for the 8,500 employees of LBBW at the Stuttgart venue.
Mobility and resource management
During the planning and execution of the Landesbank Baden-Württemberg employee event for 8,500 guests, various measures were implemented to reduce the environmental impact of the occasion. By utilizing special trains, carpooling, and public transport, approximately 80% of guests were able to travel to and from the venue sustainably. Furthermore, the use of reusable materials for exhibition and stage construction, rented furniture, and collaboration with regional service providers contributed to resource conservation.
